A look at Crooked Lake Improvement Association Community Projects & Donations

Through 2022 we have committed almost $20,000 in Projects and Donations to our Community

  • Community Art & Culture.

It all begins with an idea. What can we do to develop community pride and make our township a preferred place to live, work and play. We have undertaken several projects over the past few years to bring community projects to life. Click below to see the list of projects and donations the CLIA has supported

  • Investing in Community Safety.

Our Association believes community safety is key function of a vibrant community and as such we have fostered a strong partnership with the Township’s Fire Department. Click below to see our projects and donations to the Garfield Township Fire Department

  • Investing in our Parks.

Our Mission encourages us to invest in our lake’s community parks. Especially the parks located on Crooked Lake insuring everyone in the community has quality Lake Access. Click below to learn about our projects and donations

  • Protecting our Loons

All of our lake owners enjoy the early morning loon calls and sharing the lake with our family of loons. Our Association has continued to support the Michigan Loon Preservation Association through yearly membership well as making a yearly donation to support their efforts over the last ten years. We are striving to insure future generations will be able enjoy this remarkable bird.

  • Events on the Lake

Every year the Association sponsor free events on the lake from Concerts to Fireworks. These events are free to the community. See our Event Calendar below
